How do I order?
Pick a generator or upload an STL file, customise your design, then click "Order via WhatsApp". Your design details are sent to our admin automatically.
How long does production take?
Usually 1-3 working days depending on the queue and size. For large orders or event souvenirs we'll give you a timeline.
Is the price on the website final?
Website prices are estimates. Our admin confirms the final price before production starts.
How do I pay?
Pay by bank transfer or e-wallet once the admin has confirmed the price.
Do you ship outside the city?
Yes. We ship anywhere in Indonesia with your preferred courier. Shipping is charged separately.
Will the colours match what I see on screen?
We try to match as closely as possible, but real filament colours can differ slightly from your screen.
Can I order in bulk?
Absolutely! We make event souvenirs and community merch. Chat with us for bulk pricing.
What file formats can I send?
STL is our main format. We also accept OBJ, 3MF, or STEP via WhatsApp.
